One of the first restaurants I found with African-American people and the whole process they follow is wrong.
Not sure if this store just has constant staff turnover or what the issue is but the frequent mistakes are annoying. The worker at the window charged my account for the wrong order, then a manager came over and said they were taking it off (didn’t so I just paid for someone else’s order) then charged me for my order too. And I’m sure you recharged the people who actually ordered that.
i’m usually pretty happy with the drinks I get here but sometimes they mess it up so bad. I’m like what the heck. sometimes I get no cold foam when I order cold foam. extra dollar, and I’m not getting it. And then today, I ordered Matcha and it’s not even fully blended like I’m paying seven dollars for a drink. At least you could do a blend it all the way.
