They keep marking pickup orders as done when they aren’t. Multiple times I’ve gone into this location to find my order is not done even though it says in the app that it is ready. Not ok.
I just visited this Starbucks, my Frappuccino wasn’t made correctly… I came back to get it fixed.. Lorena not only refunded my money, but made my Frappuccino, correct! Her service was phenomenal, and I very much appreciate everything she did for me! I highly recommend this Starbucks! Thank you so much, Lorena! I’ll see you soon!
