Normally I don't write reviews but this Starbucks has HORRIBLE service. I arrived at 7:27 and waited at the window for 3 minutes. No one answered till after they closed then proceeded to say we are closed and can no longer serve you. I brought my dog and all I asked was for a pup cup. I even offered to pay and they still refused me service saying the wont give me anything. I said I could even come in and get it if they couldn't open the window. They gave me an expired food item. Drinks here are always hit or miss. I prefer other locations.
I had to give a shoutout to Emily and the amazing team today for making my birthday so special! Really appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness this morning in the drive-thru :)
