Typically what I order is what I get from this location. However, it can be extremely frustrating when you buy a $7 coffee only to realize it’s basically just a hot chocolate because they forgot the espresso. 7:20 AM on March 18, my husband bought two Venti white chocolate mocha’s one with an extra shot of espresso and one normal and as I’m drinking mine without the extra shot, I realize they just decided to not put any espresso in the white chocolate mocha at all. Very disappointing, thanks for my $7 hot chocolate.

OMG!! This lady here. What is wrong with her! Sooo rude. I understand what some of the other reviews are saying. I dont know her name but I hope the owner is looking at the reviews. She is sooo rude. If you don’t want anyone coming after 7:45 because u close at 8 then change your hours! There is no reason to be rude. Horrible experience I would give them negative stars if I could. This female who was checking me out had no customer hospitality and didn’t even make an effort to be friendly. Quite honestly I felt like an inconvenience to her and that if it had been another Indian girl she would have been very friendly instead I got this I don’t care attitude brief minimal eye contact hi.
