I love this place!! Can't even remember how many times I visited, but yes there are times when they confuse my order and give a hot when I asked for ice, or asked for no whip and gave me a fully whipped drink. I'm not a picky person and love to come here more likely because of the friendly staffs. I love the drive thru staff that helps me out most of the time, and recently there was a staff named Sid, helping me out to get my drive thru coffee. Very friendly service from Sid the other day! The line was moving fast too.
meh...my wife and daughter like your stuff. but please stop telling me that the little device in your hand would like to "ask me a question"..... yes this is a tipping culture rant. as if you don't charge enough as it is, you need a tip? to do the job you are paid to do? no thanks.
