I just feel pretty invisible in this place… loud greetings to all the regulars and bed people come in and you can hear a pin drop… my order is being taken by someone multi tasking a drive through order and barely even listening to me … not paying to be disrespected
as a fellow starbucks barista, i am disappointed and frustrated with how inconsistent this location is. drinks made here are always subpar and not made according to standard. i ordered a horchata shaken espresso and a brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. there was an absence of cinnamon powder in the brown sugar shaken espresso, and both drinks appeared to not be shaken, as there was no foam in either of the drinks, and they had forgotten to put the cold foam in my drink. i walked back in and asked if i... read more
