Ordered a chocolate croissant and a cookie but I guess they read cookie for both and my to go bag was ripped making my coffee spill.
Evelyn manager rude. In front of employees she said to me do not dirty the bathroom I cannot believe she said that !!!!!! I am a customer!!!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service not professional at all, and they put her as a manager . I won’t ever come back!!!!
Employees are always so rude and in a bad mood. I had an employee try and tell me where to pick up my drink next time I ordered . Tall blonde lady, I felt profiled or just treated differently from other customers.
Starbucks needs new employees , that enjoy working with customers … idc how hard of a day they've had . Be respectful
Nice location, but people that work there have horrible attitude and customer service they seem to get mad everytime people have questions and place orders!
