2/6/2025: I have almost always had a positive experience here and know many of the baristas. However, today I placed a mobile order of blackberry sage refresher (trenta) and went to pick it up in my personal cups. The girl named Nancy said to me in a strange tone: "We don't fill the drink in two cups (I had two 16 oz. cups) because you are getting two drinks for the price of one; but I'll do it this time!"
