Barista Vianey was very rude and had a poor attitude. Terrible service. Starbucks hiring standards have apparently gone downhill. So disappointed. They used to have kind baristas and service comparable with Chick-Fil-A
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My wife and I went through the drive-thru, and she made a purchase. After parking nearby to head into Costco, I went back to use the restroom before shopping. An employee (wearing glasses and a mustache, cleaning tables at the time) refused to let me in, saying I had to make a purchase first. I explained that my wife had just bought something at the drive-thru, but he still wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom.
