This location is the worst Starbucks location all time. I cringe when I walk in because I know there will be a problem and inconvience. It’s always something wrong here. Today they tell me they don’t make a drink that I’ve ordered for decades at Starbucks. Just know this location is slow and just awful.

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink, and when I asked about the wait time, the response I received was quite unprofessional and dismissive.
