I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. First of all, the cashier was rude and unhelpful. He spoke to me in a dismissive manner, didn’t offer any assistance, and was waving his hands while telling me where to go instead of communicating politely. The overall attitude was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Secondly, the quality of the coffee was disappointing. I ordered a grande hot coffee, but I was charged $8, which is not the correct price. The barista initially handed me someone else’s drink, and when I let him know it wasn’t mine, he then gave me the correct hot coffee. When I asked why the price was $8 for a basic grande hot coffee, he insisted that was the correct price. I was rushing to work and didn’t have time to dispute it, but the experience didn’t feel right both the incorrect drink and the overcharge. Not very customer friendly. Go to the Starbucks on Cropsey.

3 guys do nothing for 10 minutes instead to make a coffee. And there was no other customers)
It’s a great Starbucks. My only issue with this store are there hours. Says they open at 5:30 am but they don’t open until after 6? Update your hours if you’re not going to open the doors.
