I was an everyday costumer but unfortunate i have to write this review as this was my favorite Starbucks store but the last visit left me feeling embarrassed and upset. I’ve noticed that the last few times I’ve ordered the iced matcha latte something tastes off, I don’t know if it’s a new powder or it’s not being made to standard but I explained it to the manager and instead of inquiring about the situation she made it seem as if I was trying to get a drink for free (as if i’m not wasting time coming back to get it remade) w... read more
