This place is very slow
This used to be a good Starbucks Not Any more! Beware go elsewhere. The “new” manager who has worked for Starbucks for 2 months is not only inept but rude. Seems only interested in preorders and Uber orders. Counter customers are left to wait. Then it takes exorbitante time to order. Manager stated takes time to find and learn the button? Worst customer service in the west side area. They’re required to “fix” or remake the drink if it’s not to your liking, they refused because she made it the “standard” way. This has literally never been an issue at any other Starbucks, but there. I get charged an extra +1.50 for extra vanilla sweet cream and they don’t even put it in there.
Didn’t get my order right and they waited until I got to the window matter fact, they didn’t tell me anything at all until I read and checked the drink and they decided to say I’m sorry we ran out like wide weight or not. Tell me anything at all until I say something… Horrible service
Always clean service is always smiles and professional 😀 love this location. You can not go wrong here they're always in great moods
