I think the names were Heather? And Tatiana? But they were literally the most perfect service workers ever. Not even in the Starbucks company specifically just in general. Very confident, knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful, and nice. I like my coffee strong and caffeine snd they made sure they hit that objective while making it taste good. But never mind the coffee, their customer service was michelin star worthy somehow?? I gave this new Starbucks a few chances, but each time my order was wrong, even for basic drinks. The drive-thru wait is also very long with little communication. I know they’re new and still adjusting, but it’s been super frustrating. Hopefully it gets better.
Jazael is very kind, patient and polite, i was having a bad day and came in for coffee; him being so kind welcoming and patient made my day a bit better. Big thanks to him and all the other kind workers there.
