I've been going to this location for 6 years now. I used to love this place. I would go twice a day most of the time. The staff was friendly and they would always make my coffee just how I like it. But over the last few months the service has been horrible. Every morning I order delivery through Uber eats. In their app it doesn't give you the same options as the Starbucks app. So I call the store to tell them I'd like extra cream steamed. The atmosphere is normal, but they filled my entire venti cup with ice! The entire thing! I’m so mad, I did not get my money worth at all.
