Today (July 31, 2026), I stopped by Starbucks and ordered a Caramel Macchiato through the drive-thru. The service was incredibly fast! What impressed me the most was the gentleman at the pickup window. He was very friendly, attentive, and even asked if I needed a straw. 👍 At other Starbucks locations, I usually have to ask for one myself, so I really appreciated that he took the initiative to ask. New a long wait. Just right
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered a Strawberry Acaí Refresher at this location and received something that looks and tastes like faintly pink ice water with a few lonely strawberry bits floating around like they’re lost. Every single time: way too much ice, almost no base, and a sad little sprinkle of inclusions. Ordered a venti cold brew and 80% of it was ice! And I asked for light ice too… I’m literally paying for ice!! This never happens at other location, this is the only location that doesn’t seem to read the tags/requests. Ridiculous!!
