Staff is wonderful, drinks and food is wonderful. Sometime it gets crazy crowded other times it doesn't. It is a small spot, but still has enough tables and seats for people to sit if there is no rush going on.
I placed a mobile order yesterday for two Coffee Travelers for a company meeting. The app indicated the pickup time was 8:10 AM, and I arrived around 8:20 AM. The order was not ready at that time, which I understand since the location appeared busy. I waited approximately 20 minutes before receiving the order. My coffee Travelers pickup time was 8:15 . I came 830am. didn't ready for pickup.. I waited 20 minutes. And the coffee was just water.
Located right at Hacienda and Valley near the Chevron, with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown today. I went inside to grab a simple hot Blonde Roast, thinking it’d be faster than the busy drive-thru. As I waited, I placed a mobile order for a muffin, which actually came outbeforethe coffee I’d ordered in person! Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My order was made extremely slowly and ended up being about 10 minutes later than the estimated time, even though there were not many people waiting inside or in the drive-thru. What made it even more frustrating was that the drink was not filled properly. I order the exact same customized drink at other Starbucks locations and usually receive a full cup, but this location noticeably underfills it.
