I went through drive through and I asked for decaf they gave regular no napkins… I had asked for a sleeve the coffee was hot burn my fingers. Clearly they don’t care!
8 people yet the amount of drinking being sent out was abysmally slow. And it’s not like the drive thru line was out into street.
Coming back from a meeting decided to stop by. I had avoided this location for many years due poor customer servce issues. Walked in approx 6pm. Waited patiently in spite no others waiting. After standing there waiting i had to call for help. This proved to be a bother and inconvenienced staff. I note: Young baristas appear to possess zero business sense understanding, or courteous welcoming interests, it's as if you're disturbing them by being there. I felt very uncomfortable and left.
