“Barista”. Literally gaslighting my mom saying cold foam gets mixed in the drink and not on top. You don’t shake cold foam in a shaken drink, that makes no sense. Not worth fighting about it though for a drink. Chunks of banana powder all In it. If you don’t wanna fix it just say that.
Such a bipolar experience here. Unfortunately, it's close to my house...so I go more than I should. Some of the staff is cheerful and kind, and i love seeing them. Most of the staff are rude, and act miserable. (Don't get a job in service, if you dont like people). 9/10 times they make my coffee scalding hot, and it takes days to cool off. They get my drink wrong (oatmilk latte). I cant make it any more simple. Today they gave me a COLD sandwich. Lazy, rude. No attention to detail.
