The girl working the food and register was getting g no help from the other baristas when the food order were behind and the others weren’t that busy making drinks. Had to ask about my food after 10 minutes then still had to wait 10 more minutes. No manager presence to delegate where team where to help. Nothing was offered. I’d suggest hiring a manager with more experience and more leadership skills. Used to come often. Won’t be coming back.

Line was super long, but they got through it really quickly.
