The service quality has noticeably declined. I ordered a Venti but was mistakenly given a Grande. When I brought the mistake to the young lady’s attention, she asked for the drink back so they could replace it. I was surprised by how quickly the replacement was handed back to me. However, once I inspected the drink while on the road, it was clear that the original drink had simply been poured into a Venti cup, with additional ice and foam added on top. I ordered the matcha lavender and the matcha was so weak tasting it was more like a hint of matcha. The last few times I’ve gotten this drink the matcha flavor was barely there. They also gave me so much of the lavender cream cold foam there was more of that than matcha.
Sometimes it’s great but other times it’s horrible. The last time we went, we ordered two drinks. One warm and one hot. The hot one was undrinkable and came colder than the warm drink. Disappointing
