Very disappointing experience. This is the second time I've been refused a cup of water at this Starbucks unless I purchased something. It was 33°C (91°F) outside, and there was an active heat advisory. Refusing a simple cup of water under these conditions feels unnecessarily harsh and goes against the welcoming atmosphere Starbucks promotes. I understand businesses have policies, but basic access to water during extreme heat should not depend on making a purchase. I hope management reviews this practice.

I come to this location all the time during breaks. Very comfortable and spacey. The area near the door can get a bit warm during the afternoon because the sun shines directly in. Other than that, it’s great vibes and friendly staff

This next generation Starbucks gives a upscale yet comfortable hotel lobby vibe. The team here is always on their game. App orders with abundant customisations are filled to perfection. Seating is comfortable and abundant with sufficient places to be by yourself or with a companion. Work space is accommodated at a window counter and the familiar tables and chairs.
