I tried to order a simple customized drink, nothing complicated, but I overheard them say, "Give us a break, it's too early in the morning," while glaring at me. Like, damn, do I need to go behind the counter and make it myself? Just do your job.
The employees are always distracted by each other, which has caused my order to be wrong multiple times. They even interrupt my conversation with the cashier just to gossip, which is really annoying.
Great location next to campus but management probably needs to be turned over. 30 min wait for an online order. Manager was clueless about how far behind they were. Place had 20 people standing waiting for drinks.
The drinks are good but they are always out of cake pops. And when I needed to get to track my drink wasn’t even made yet. They also have drinks backed up forever. Then there are also drinks just sitting there. New: I was there for like about 27 minutes and I didn’t get my drink. I ended up leaving cause I can’t be late and it was a waste of time and my 9 dollars. UPDATE YPDATE: I DID NOT GET CHEESE OR BACON ON MY BACON EGG AND GOUDA SANDWICH. Literally only egg, like what?
