Took over 20 minutes to get my order. My drink was good. Never expected to wait so long for it
Ordered a Traveler online for my grandma's memorial. I went to pick it up, and while they were making it, one barista (Brianna)made a snide comment about preparing the Traveler and rolled her eyes in annoyance. My sincerest apologies for ordering coffee from a coffee shop.
Went through the drive thru, Joseph was incredibly sweet and very kind. Was able to have a nice conversation. Definitely give him a raise!!
