The place radiated cleanliness, the drive-thru offered a pleasant experience, and the staff exuded friendliness. The coffee and food arrived exactly as ordered. It's refreshing to enjoy a moment without needing to correct or complain. This location truly exemplifies excellence.
The drive thru was empty when we walked in, but as cars came they only made drinks for the customers who came through the drive thru first. We were the only people in the lobby and they served us last and had us standing there a long while before taking our order. Once they finally gave us our order (simple iced coffees with cream and syrup) they had no flavor, hardly any ice, and mine had a broken lid so it spilled. Worst service ever at a Starbucks
