I am giving an additional star solely due to the kindness of the employee who handed me my order. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Bernadette, has consistently been disappointing. She is often unprofessional, displaying passive-aggressive behavior every time I visit. There is no need for such attitude, especially early in the morning.
