On July 10 at approximately 9:06 a.m., I placed an order through the drive-thru. The woman taking my order, whom I later learned was the store manager, became noticeably frustrated because she was having difficulty hearing me through the speaker. Her tone felt very dismissive and irritated when she repeatedly told me, “I can’t hear you,” and told me to speak up. I frequent this location daily. The past 2 days not only has the drive thru line moved quicker than it ever had, but the guest manager (didn’t get his name) was wonderful! We forgot our food because we got our drinks so quickly I took off and the manager ran out to us before we could go inside to hand us our food! 👏🏻 I came back the next day and he asked follow up questions from our convo the day before. So kind and the kind of change this location needs!
