If you read my reviews I have been coming to this STARBUCKS for years. I absolutely despise coming on Friday afternoon they NEVER get my order right. Today was worse then usual I have a GI condition and had to get off the drive thru line to use the restroom. No matter how many times I tried to explain to MYESHA that I was going to use the restroom and I was the next order in the drove thru line. She constantly dismissed and pointed at the cashier. Extremely poor service at this Starbucks location. This happened today around 10 AM at the drive-thru. I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I received a gift card from a customer at my job and thought it would be a convenient option, especially since I have a baby and the drive-thru is easier. I asked multiple times for a minute to look at the menu, but the employee kept talking over me and repeatedly asked, “How can I help you?” I had to repeat myself several times just to get a moment to decide. Excellent customer service at Hartsdale Starbucks! I love coming here every morning before work because I’m always greeted with a smile, very friendly attitude and they always write really great messages on my cups, which just makes my day!
Today at 12 I was greeted very aggressively and with an attitude I was in shock that she snapped at me the way she did when I simply never knew the rules on mobile ordering. I will not be coming back to this location if I’m talked to in that way
