I usually go through the drive-thru at the Hartsdale Starbucks, and every visit is a great experience thanks to Trev. He consistently provides outstanding customer service, always greeting customers with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. I go to this Starbucks almost everyday and it’s the best. The staff is super friendly and they prepare the orders very quickly - I generally have my full order within a minute of ordering. I highly recommend this location!
If you read my reviews I have been coming to this STARBUCKS for years. I absolutely despise coming on Friday afternoon they NEVER get my order right. Today was worse then usual I have a GI condition and had to get off the drive thru line to use the restroom. No matter how many times I tried to explain to MYESHA that I was going to use the restroom and I was the next order in the drove thru line. She constantly dismissed and pointed at the cashier.
