This location makes me understand why starbucks are going out of business. Seems to be a high turnover of employees and/or they are extremely overwhelmed. The second to last visit here I had my iced mocha missing whipped cream and tasted like mud water. Then the most recent time, I came here they gave me a hot mocha when i asked for iced via drive thru. Which makes for uncomfortable encounters with staff, for simply wanting the right order. Steer clear of this location
This local Starbucks is awful, poor service and disappointing experience
I don’t know what happened to this place. Moved out of the area a few years ago and stopped by for a nostalgic cup of coffee, and that is where the Starbucks that once was, no longer existed. Came in with my son, and we were looking at all the snacks they had which took some time since he’s a toddler. The barista waited for me to order, and I told them I’d need a few minutes.
