I never leave reviews but this staff is horrible. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never be going here again. The owner or manager needs to take a look at who’s working here and seriously consider a new staff. I came on a Sunday at 11:00am just so you know who would be on staff. HORRIBLE PEOPLE
Today while walking into this establishment I was greeted politely by the baristas and drink made well, but what I do want to complain on is over how the phone is usually constantly ringing. At first I wasn’t sure why the phone was being ignored until I heard the frustration on the crew over it being an anonymous caller.
