I’ve been a loyal customer at Starbucks for over 10 years, consistently ordering the same drink. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Starbucks store #27437 in Hartsdale was extremely disappointing. During my visit, the drive-thru employee not only made my drink incorrectly but also became rude when I asked for it to be corrected. I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. My drink was made perfectly—smooth, rich, and just the right temperature. The barista even took the time to double-check my order to make sure everything was just right.
