Mobile order is always disabled after 9am on sundays and saturdays. We used to be able to order 20 minutes ahead and walk in and it was being finished as we got there, but now we can’t order in advance. Also have received 3/4 full cups and cold coffee about 1/3 of the time. Corporate has taken care of us in those instances, but this location sucks.
It’s takes ways too long to either put in order and/or get order. I’m not sure if it’s due to low staff or slow work ethic. Either way a simple Frappuccino shouldn’t take over 15 minutes.
