Very good Starbucks
I had an incredibly upsetting experience at Starbucks that completely ruined what was supposed to be a calm Sunday outing with my children. I was there around 3 PM, as a young mother with my baby and young son, expecting at the very least a neutral, family-appropriate environment. What I encountered instead was shockingly unprofessional and deeply inappropriate. Coffee was horrible! Had it remade and it was even worse! The employee was rude and unprofessional. I just asked her for a refund. She didn't bother to care. Just refunded me and went on. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I used to come here every time I was in town. I will go to the next one from now on!
So first time going back to Starbucks coffee and I didn't know now they charge for something that all ready gos into the drinks like I got the Java chip and they changed for the chips that should all ready go into the drink
