I was visiting family in Indiana from Minnesota for 4th of July weekend and I placed my mobile order at the wrong location. Pam and her team still made my mobile order and did not charge me. Instead of sending me to the other Starbucks Pam insisted that they make my order so I wouldn’t have to go to the other Starbucks.
