Honestly, I read the 1 star reviews and thought, whatever, rude. But, no. It’s true. I won’t be returning except to get my refund. How do you mess up a latte? Ask them, they know. I ordered two venti hot vanilla lattes with four pumps. I got two venti hot lattes, no vanilla. Took it back and instead of remaking them, the guy added a 1oz pump to each cup and handed them back to me. So I got two venti with one pump each. Crap.
I won’t be returning to this location. I was shocked to learn that the person who left a 5 -star review—Cherish—is actually the manager here. During my visit, I witnessed her showing videos on her phone to a coworker, who clearly looked uncomfortable. I don’t know what was being shown, but it was inappropriate in a work setting.
