Fast service and good location
I was given a defective lid. The drink spilled and stained my brand new shirt. So, my $30 order cost me $70. My wife used to manage several Starbucks locations. She had never seen anything like this. The lid had two big holes—one on top and one of the side. It makes no sense. I want a refund and a new shirt. A refund will suffice.
