It’s so cute! Thanks to the girl at the window who prepared my order. It lifts my spirits, especially when you're working on a Saturday morning 😂
This Starbucks really needs to work on their customer service. We ordered 5 drinks, 2 of them custom. The girl taking our order (we think her name was Sara) seemed overwhelmed and rushed us after almost every sentence. She even told us to pull up before we were done ordering, and we had to stop her to finish. Then she swapped with another employee after her own mistake, clearly not wanting to deal with us anymore. I usually have a very good experience here which is why I put 4 stars but unfortunately today the guy at the drive thru was not very friendly. You could immediately see he was very annoyed and truly seemed like he hated dealing with people. I understand everyone has rough days but there is no need to put on a mean face towards customers. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but I’m sure he knew that his attitude and unfriendliness was not okay at all and I hope he changes his attitude towards others.
