Frustrated with this starbucks. Been to the majority of them in the DSM metro. This one anytime you put in a mobile order and are in the drive thru they give you a "hard time" saying "what did you order or how many things did you order, then proceeds to tell me this morning 9.12.25 that we have a lot of mobile orders we might be able to pull yours before you reach the window". Ordered ahead and got there about five minutes after placing the order. I was the only customer in the establishment with at least 5 baristas working. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte with light ice as I always do and it tasted like pure milk. When I asked them to redo it, they said that since I ordered it with light ice it was bound to taste more milky. But I order it every time and it’s never been nearly that bad. Once they remade it with normal ice it still tasted extremely milky and bland and I ended up not drinking it. ... read more
