After I purchased a drink, I was picking out a gift card. My granddaughter asked if she could have a snoopy starbucks card for herself and I said yes. BUT the person at the counter wouldn't let her have a stupid card without putting money on it I put everything back and saved myself $25 and they lost a sale over a cheep little card! I don't appreciate her treating my granddaughter that way!! This is not what I have come to expect from Starbucks!

Guy with the curly hair was rude, act like he couldn't speak when I said have a good day. Instead he half smiled and gave a thumbs up. I tipped him 5$ before this. If I would have known he was going to turn out awful I wouldn't have tipped him a damn thing. No reason for him to be rude I was pretty much their only customer, I wonder why.
