Starbucks on Coors at St. Joseph in Albuq. Usually the service is great.Today I pre-ordered a venti peppermint mocha frappuccino (drive-thru) for our granddaughter on her way to work. Instead of the frappuccino she was given a hot peppermint mocha. Why don't they pay attention to what is ordered. She had to get to work so couldn't wait as they didn't even offer to recheck the order or make it right.
