I’ve visited this Starbucks fewer than ten times and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this interaction stood out. While settling in to order and get some work done, I was approached by a manager within a few minutes and asked to make a purchase to use the space. I’ve been coming here since this place opened back in the mid-2000s. Today I go to pick up my mobile order, waited forever (which is pretty normal here, whatever) only to be told one of my drinks had been taken, also no biggie. Whatever, they can make a new one, totally fine. When I got the “new” drink it has someone else’s name lazily half wiped off and it was the wrong size.
