We waited for 40 minutes at the Auburn drive thru as we watched people go in and out with their orders. The staff ignored the drive thru customers. And this is not the first time we have had extended waits. And they regularly get orders wrong. Service here is lousy. I wouldn't give them a single star if I could get away with it!
The unicorn frappe does not taste like a unicorn. Unicorns do not taste like sour candy. They taste like cotton candy. Everybody knows this. I feel like Starbucks did not do proper research when making this drink.
Mine was fine, my sons was ehhh.
Lily Tarmey is the best barista at this place, she’s the only one that will make your drink right!
