Came to pick up an order that was placed ahead. One of the girls who was working today was working extremely hard to get orders out (long drive thru line and lots of people in the lobby) but the person with the blonde hair and glasses at the register was so obviously messing around and not working, not the best look with the orders behind. I understand customer service isn’t for everyone but I can’t imagine just slacking off when one/two people are working very hard and the orders are 10* minutes late. Not a good look.

Generally this place is not run or managed correctly so you have to come in the store and get your coffee. I noticed when the manager Finn for about three Starbucks stores was working she wasn't multitasking or managing the store correctly, the drive-thru is backed up for 15 minutes she wasn't moving around at all I was just staying at one station and focusing on that task kind of makes you wonder how somebody became a manager or what kind of people Starbucks hires.
The Barista was extremely nice and gave me my coffee free because there problems with the machine and I had to wait. Always treated exceptioally well when I visit!!
