I went through the drive through last night and the barista just had his back to me the entire time I was sitting there and wasn’t very friendly.
I ordered a hot chocolate today and literally the cup was half empty. That's not an accident, that's intentional because they saw it when they put the lid on. 🤷♀️

Drink was made wrong - how do you make a menu item with zero customizations wrong? Food was ice cold. Drive thru was a nightmare at 10:30am on a Monday. Employee was extremely unfriendly. No clue how this location has a 4 star rating
I’ve come to this location a handful of times over the past month since moving to the area. I’m shocked at how rude the middle aged woman with short gray hair who works the drive thru is. Every time I get her she makes an off color remark or just seems crazy. I’ve always tipped the staff except for today. Today, when I ordered my coffee she said through the microphone in a rude tone, “oh, it’s you.” What???
