From my recent experiences at Starbucks in town, especially the disappointment at the location next to Washington Bank on 3rd, I've noticed a contrast. I've seen Ken at several different stores, and he always remembers me and my family. It's always a great experience whenever I see him.
I usually love this Starbucks, but today’s experience was absolutely awful. The drive-through employee, Ken, was unbelievably rude and condescending. I asked a couple of harmless questions about their fall drinks, including if they had apple cider, and was met with pure attitude and disgust. When I pulled up to the window, Ken wouldn’t even look at me, just shoved the payment screen out and told me to leave a tip.
