It's disappointing. I went in today 08/19/25 to this Starbucks ask for an ice water and I was told that they no longer give you ice water you have to purchase something in order to get a water. And I don't think that their policies changed today because yesterday I went to this other Starbucks and I was giving ice water with no questions asked & without a purchase.
