Just like every other Starbucks. Slow service and long wait times. Just ignores customers when trying to pick up an order and makes me wait there.
This is my third trip thru the drive thru. It’s is consistently slow, long wait time, and drinks and food are mid on taste and temperature.
It's a chain so there's that. I don't think it would hurt to give a bit of attention to the patrons ACTUALLY in the store vs the mobile ordering. Is what it is.
They always close before time on the website it says close at 9 and they always close at 8 or 8:30
