Always nice friendly staff. Got a venti iced white chocolate mocha around 1:40. Barely a wait. Drink was great. Perfect to get me through the errands and rest of the day.
That lady that worked this morning 4-16-2026 was so rude I walked up she didn't say anything just roller her eyes i had to tell her good morning just for her to ignore me and continue doing whatever was more important on her phone finally she asked after me standing there for over 5 mins what do you need I mean who even says that to someone I ignored it and asked for a caramel machiato just for her to say we don't have that I've gotten it before at a different location with no problems before.. let's just say she doesn't lik... read more
Service with an attitude. Cold was cold-warm. Ordered simple coffee and tasted burnt. Not recommended
The two girls working today had an attitude. They took forever to take my order. My husband's coffee wasn't hot. No sleeves in out cups so good luck fingers. I've been here before and I've had good experiences. One girl was prepping a to go order, the other one left my coffee and helped her. The one prepping the order asked us to move to the farther from where she was because it was the delivery table although she didn't say that. She just asked us to move. Rude people.
