Super sad experience today. I come here regularly, at least once a week. I usually talk to wonderful people who write sweet messages on my cups, genuinely greet me and tell me to enjoy my day, etc. Today, I came in specifically to get a pup cup on my sweet girls last day. The woman I interacted with basically told me "no, its policy to make a purchase", but after offering to pay for it or order a beverage, she relented. Love this little store! Very cozy inside. Small, only a handful of tables. Service was friendly and fast!
I understand it’s a holiday but these were the worst drinks we’ve ever been served. Even after a hefty tip for working the holidays. There was 0 ice in all 3 of our ice drinks, the banana matcha tasted so bad and so did the other 2 drinks. Really made me sad this morning. :(
