Literally have never gotten a drink here without any problems. The issue with the drink in the video is obvious. Whipped cream is not too big of a deal which is why we just left but it’s pathetic nonetheless. Super sad experience today. I come here regularly, at least once a week. I usually talk to wonderful people who write sweet messages on my cups, genuinely greet me and tell me to enjoy my day, etc. Today, I came in specifically to get a pup cup on my sweet girls last day. The woman I interacted with basically told me "no, its policy to make a purchase", but after offering to pay for it or order a beverage, she relented.
