This store is the best in Grove City and I’d give a higher rating if it weren’t for Janet and Conner. I’m scared to go at this point. Will my service be the 5 star I almost forget I’m not just there to quickly get some coffee because the staff is so friendly its almost too much but so refreshing or will I be screamed at (Janet) from speaker to window or ignored other than asking my order (Conner) from speaker to window? These people hate their job. Every time someone orders from there and has Something different from the original drink, for example customizing a drink or something like that. They never read the label or the ticket or the sticker. They scribble some crap on a cup and then make the basic drink every single time.
Very quick and good service, got my drink very fast and tasted great. The worker Eva was really nice and had very good customer service, really made my day better
Literally the best service and kind of staff of any Starbucks in Columbus, and the bar is really high. That's not to say others aren't, but they are the best here. The whole crew always brightens my morning, and I leave feel feeling better than I did walking in. Everyone was unbelievably nice and helpful! Best Starbucks experience I’ve had in a long time. The man at the register specifically went above and beyond!
