So I go inside to place my order because there's a long line at the drive-through. I ordered a standard hot latte and it took 16 min to get it. There were only 2 people in line before me. The employees were friendly. Drink was good. The issue is the shift from Starbucks being a coffee shop experience to now prioritizing online/app orders and disconnecting the in-person experience. The service isn't that great 😒 or at least not the night I was there ..
So I come into the store at 64th and ward pretty much everyday and I absolutely love their employees here. They know me by name and are always so welcoming when I come through the door. Its my favorite part of my day and it makes me smile when I get a "hi Jen" as if they are all my friends. I have a special concoction of a drink that I have put together for myself due to my special dietary needs and they make it perfectly for me.
