I ordered a iced chai with vanilla cold foam and said repeatedly that I wanted the cold foam on it, it was our second time through the drive through so he knew how we looked, he heard us say cold foam, once we pulled up to the window he said sorry the vanilla cold foam cost money and then gave me my drink without the cold foam because he thought we couldn’t afford to pay the extra money for it, just bad service overall, drink was not worth it

This location clearly caters to pick up orders and drive through. It’s terribly unfortunate that they don’t have staff designed for both. It would make the whole operation much more efficient and enjoyable for customers
