I have been a loyal and near daily customer of this Starbucks since it opened. Through its various staff and managers it has been great, good, okay, barely acceptable and abysmal- depending. Over the last few months, consistency and service has degraded dramatically- specifically on the weekends. I have called and talked to management and politely suggested that the weekend crew needs additional training- only to be met with defensiveness and excuses. I love going to this specific location, especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location in the mornings for your caffeine needs. There’s always a high school gossip girl vibe. I find it interesting when the younger baristas are busting their butts and everyone else including the managers are gathered around having a good ole time. Service was great, staff was welcoming & drinks were yummy
I go to this location because of convenience after work. I have never had an ordistc. And polite, I have made this my go to Starbucks would recommend it and have recommended it to friends, family and co-workers.
Come to this Starbucks everyday even with one closer to my house, everyone is super friendly and my order always tastes exactly like it did the day prior! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order all while having a smile on their face!
