Why would you guys have an impatient rude employee at the drive through. We asked for options on the menu in terms of food and the girl is just questioning us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. We come to this Starbucks because it’s the closest one to our job but we will not be back this is the second time you guys have a rude employee literally just plain out rude.
This is my go to PLACE! I live close by so it's quick and I never have issues with them making my order wrong. Even with modifications to my drinks they always make it correct!

Incredibly disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the drinks here today. I specifically requested a non-dairy option for my beverage, but the baristas made it with regular dairy anyway. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a remake, the staff immediately became unfriendly and visibly annoyed, acting like correcting their own error was a massive inconvenience to their day.
