I always go to McDonald's across the street but this morning decided on Starbucks today and was treated with poor service by a guy named Roberto he made my caramel macchiato horrible, I paid for extra whip cream and got none at all no caramel nothing.He also got upset when I hit the no tip button. I wont be going there anymore.
This is first time happened I love Starbucks but this location staff I went there I am vegetarian so I just ask what you have in vegetarian and I ask for mac&cheese he ask to manager and he said no and then I ask, do you have anything else in vegetarian so he went to another coworker and it was laughing after me? It’s really disrespectful and I don’t have words. And when I’m back to a Manager instead of feeling sorry she was take her side she said no nothing she didn’t nothing
They need to learn how to make drinks.......I will not return to thos Starbucks....
