Wonderful staff.
I have verry bad day today . I'm customer this place . I order mobile starbuck Ice Espresso but they do wrong like hot cup for me . And i try to ask the Ladies make do the new one for me . But she just give me a bad attitude and did not correct. Look like do nothing . I forgot ask her name but she have red skin midle face . I hope the manager this place Need training Custumer Service for her !!! Let her dont be RUDE with next custumer !
I was met at the window by Laine, and she was so sweet and cheerful. Today is my birthday and one of my favorite things is to go to Starbucks. She had no idea how much I've been struggling recently, and all I expected was to pick up a drink and go about my day. You really have no idea what is happening in someone's life, her kindness today meant so much more to me than I could express. More than simply picking up a birthday drink.
