They charge $1.25 for cold foam and then don't even put it on. I order the same thing and every time it looks different or missing cold foam. It's right 1 out of 5 times. I tried calling the store as I was on the way to work and it's disconnected through Verizon so I couldn't even talk to a person unless I went back and stayed in the inside line or the drive thru line.
