Stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone took my order.
Every time I come here the wait is crazy long and it’s not even busy. They messed up my drink and instead of remaking it she dumped my drink into a grande cup mixing up the foam and the espresso and asked if that’s ok…. What’s the point of having foam to sip from. Just refund me Paying $9 for this service and lazy work while there are no customers inside is crazy.
Sunday, July 19th, a worker made a completely different drink than the one I had ordered. Instead of throwing the cup, the worker rinsed it out “thoroughly” and proceeded to make the correct drink using the same cup. When I took a drink I tasted something fruity. My head started to hurt automatically and before I knew it I had seized. I have a brain tumor and cannot have most fruits or fruit flavorings. I am on a strict diet as to not trigger the tumor. Me and my friend came into this store looking a little ruff we are currently homeless but as soon as we walked in the looks the fact that they didnt even answer us when asking to.ise the bathrooms not to mention the delivery of the drinks were just as bad its terrible that we treat people like crap just because we dont look and fit what you call a customer or worth talking to is a shame ! Not yo mention I think.thr manger is one of the leaders of the way.they treat the less fortunate:(.
