The new manager Kaylie is rude to people. She talks down to people. She needs to learn to read the room for sure. Not sure I will be back since there are others not far away. I go for a coffee not an attitude.
Good coffee
I got some curdled powdered mess of a drink it was clumpy like this all the way through and just tasted like clumps of powder. This can’t have been prepared correctly. I have never had to reach out to Starbucks customer support before; they didn’t give me a refund on this item because the store didn’t hand me the actual receipt.
