Do they have a new manager? I have been a regular at this location for years because it’s on my way home and they have always been so nice. The quality has always been consistent and good. In the last month, this is like a completely different business. The staff are all new and are horribly rude. They no longer talk to you and ask how your day is going. They don’t even smile.
