Worst experience I ever had a Starbucks. Manger extremely rude and the rest of the employees hateful!
This location is generally a chaotic mess particularly on weekend mornings. It feels short staffed for the load of orders it receives and we are talking many dozens of concurrent largely online orders. Expect. Minimum wait time of 20-30 minutes on online orders. I wouldn’t even head over until the app says done.
Kicked a lady out with a service dog this morning. Employees need sensitivity training.
