I travel all over the country and the world. I have to say I am so glad my neighborhood Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to. Not a lot of turn over. People know my name and always say hello/good morning. Always pleasant. I think they may even prioritize me sometimes. Not necessary, but much appreciated. Manager is great!! Very comfortable for working. Sometimes they even put hearts and smiley faces on my drinks, which I can no longer tell my wife about because she is very protective. See neighbors all the time.
