Terrible customer service. Not a greeting, a thank you, no total given. I think a robot would give better service. I miss the old crew who used to work here. There was a girl working the window on 7/15 mid-morning. She seemed...stressed. No greeting or thank you or acknowledgement when she handed me my drink through the window. Rude.
Saturday 6pm July 11th, placed the drive thru order, no one came to the window. Got tired of waiting. Drove away.
Everybody at this location has been so kind to me and my dog for years. It makes me willing to drive a little further in the morning to sss them, truly an amazing team. And with happy team comes great management I’m sure. Thanks from austin and Korra
