My bagel was COVERED in leftover crap from the other food they put in that oven. Clearly shows they don’t clean it. Also, my refresher was warm. how does that happen.
Ordered two drinks, waited for 20 minutes. Finally checked on our order and it turned out that someone stole our drinks. Without hesitation they remade our drinks. Very happy with our drinks and the service
During my lunch break, I walked in and was greeted by a blonde-haired young woman at the front counter who initially seemed friendly and asked what she could make for me. I politely let her know I wasn’t ordering but simply asked if I could get a fork. She went to get it, but when she returned, instead of handing it to me respectfully, she tossed the fork packet across the counter and gave me a thumbs-up — a gesture that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
