I usually don't want to make negative reviews but today's experience was one star. We waited twenty minutes for an Americano and two breakfast sandwiches. After a long wait and asking the staff multiple times for an update, we received cold sandwiches. I had used a reward during the order as well that is not back on my app unfortunately. They gave a refund for the sandwiches but did not offer to cover the coffee. I didn't want to argue but now I've lost a reward off my app and did not get to eat a warm breakfast. Thank you for the cute little message! Definitely made my day! I usually only ever get the same drink, Trenta Dragon drink, absolutely amazing! Perfect sweetness, not watered down! There have been times where I would get one that had no flavor, but the last 2 times I've been in, it's been great!
Service was great as always. I had a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and my daughter got a pink drink. We loved them.
Came in to do work and have a tea thank you for taking care of me
