The staff was great. It was my daughter's first time at a Starbucks (she is 9 years old ), so she was excited. The gal didn't rush her and gave her some ideas. She chose a cake pop and lemonade. She is asking when she can go back.
Drive up took a long time just for a cup of coffee ☕️ waited in line for 30 minutes got to the Drive up window and waited another 15 minutes !
I go to Starbucks everyday and have been to this one in the past. This one is obviously struggling with staffing and training. When you pay $8 for a drink and have to argue/explain how to make it twice….it’s very frustrating. Since in frustration I decided to leave without my drink…Here is a $8 1 star review for this Starbucks.
