Only reason this got 3 stars is because all the employees that work there are amazing! I have never had any problem with them. Now who ever is making the rules around there might need to check their ego. Why is this the only Starbucks that can’t make products out of stock for mobile orders? You made my day today. Your service is always spectacular but what you wrote on my cup today is one of my favorite expressions. I even have a sign on my desk with it. THANK YOU for bringing a little joy to my day. This has more meaning than I could possibly explain in a review!
Ladies are always so kind in there! Had issues with a gift card and she quickly resolved it.
I never post reviews but I had to and am going to start buying local after this and I hope others do too. I came in on New Year’s Eve and noticed their posted hours showed that they were open on Christmas. When I asked the cashir she said that they had to or they were fired.. WHAT! I asked to speak to their manager but was told he wasn’t working then or on Christmas. What kind of person forces their workers to work on a holiday but does not work themselves?! Don with this company.
