I have given this locations multiple chances over the last 2 weeks to get our beverages correct and today I need to post a review. Ordered a toasted coconut cold brew and it had absolutely no favor at all. We are traveling today and by the time it was tasted we couldn’t turn around. For the price of that drink I expect the drive through barista to follow the ‘standard’ and get the order correct. I don’t know the barista’s name, but to that person—THANK YOU. This message was sweeter than the drink itself. I was going through a rough patch, and this small gesture truly meant a lot and made my day.
Only reason this got 3 stars is because all the employees that work there are amazing! I have never had any problem with them. Now who ever is making the rules around there might need to check their ego. Why is this the only Starbucks that can’t make products out of stock for mobile orders?
