Doing my clients laundry ans decide to walk next door so we could all get starbucks and tge lobby is closed but drive thru is open ecery single time we try to come over here what a shame!! They lost 6 people's bussiness in our group , plus several others that we saw walk up..
Went there 30 minutes before they closed. No one was there. The drive through wasn’t even closed off. And there was no signs on the door to state they closed early. Plus online it says they close at 9.
Update: I stopped ordering iced drinks here because even when asking for "light ice" the cup was filled 3/4 of the way with ice leaving not much space for the drink; I took 5 sips and the drink was about gone. When ordering a hot beverage such as a matcha latte, the same was true except instead of ice they did this with foam, the cup was filled mostly with foam (air). Great hard working baristas, comfy chairs, never-bothered by anybody while I read the Bible and study. Thank you. Some of the workers are there all the time and deal with a lot so cheers ! Thank you for keeping me going. Favorite drink; Iced Car Mach’ extra shot, soy, cinnamon.
