Told my disabled client she couldn't use the restroom because she wasn't a customer. USED to go to this Starbucks all the time but the way the restaurant worker was so pleased with herself when she told my client, IT'S OUR NEW POLICY. It was very obvious my special needs client was not up to anything nefarious. I'm completely disgusted...
I feel a genuine community connection when I come here! Thank you for taking such amazing care of your customers. I can really relax and reset here while out in the community.
Love how fast and kind the service is but they can never make good iced matcha lattes ! :,) every time I've ordered it, the syrup is just laying at the bottom with clumps of matcha, is never mixed, and doesn’t have enough matcha in it either.
