One person was making drinks while the rest of the staff was standing around talking and doing nothing.
I had a disappointing experience here. The bacon, egg, and sausage sandwich was poorly made—falling apart before it even reached me. While waiting nearly 15 minutes for a grande oat milk latte, I had to listen to the barista engage in a loud, negative personal conversation with someone who wasn’t even a customer. She complained about her family, not wanting to be at work, and shared details that set a depressing tone for the entire store. I was in there two days ago around 1230pm. I did a mobile pick up order. I arrived about 5 minutes or so after placing the order. I ended up waiting almost a half an hour for my one drink. I don't know why there were only 2 employees there to handle everything thing from mobile orders, walk-in orders, food orders, and presumably delivery orders. Tinier starbucks. Food is average as any starbucks. Drinks are subpar to other Delaware starbucks. I don't think they follow recipes. No foam on the drink and when I asked she said that's all you get
