Betty at the Essex, VT Starbucks (next to Lowes) is fantastic! Such great service and smiles, I will definitely come back to this location again. Had a great experience here. That girl deserves a raise!!!
This location is notorious for being poorly run - from surly baristas to long wait times and inaccurate orders. I would skip this location. Plus, I have felt that due to my gender and skin color that I’m treated with disdain by these guys. Definitely not a warming experience lol Try another Starbucks or find one of the local coffee shops in the area that are far superior.
I'm from the New York City area and this Starbucks is honestly the best one I've ever been to. When I moved to Vermont I would come in to work on my laptop and apply for jobs in the area. The staff here is so incredibly friendly, encouraging, and kind. They all seem to like each other, listen to fun music, are joyful, and even helped me out in a pinch when my phone was dying by allowing me to borrow one of their usbc chargers for a few minutes, so I wouldn't be late for a meeting. It makes a difference. Y'all are amazing. 👏
Sometimes when we go for a drive, a dog or two joins….. and it’s usually Eddie. Eddie is my special chihuahua. He has small seizures, hip problems, and teeth problems. On top of that, he’s a grump. It's sad when drinks can't be made the same !!! Asked to remake and was told to busy that's what you ordered even though missing cold foam.
