Ordered online, waited almost 25 min to go up and see an empty cup sitting there for them to then tell me they don't have what was available on their menu. Order another drink, another 7 to 10 min for it to taste like water.
Just not good
Excellent coffee, perfectly crafted. Exceptionally packed, had a hard time getting through people to get to the coffee. Baristas were amazing and positive even under such an insane rush/workload.
UPDATE: Came in a couple times and had some great service. Glad that last time wasn't the new norm. I really love living so close to a Starbucks. UPDATE: 4PM Sun Apr 12. They got the order wrong three times and charged me for their mistakes. They charged a disabled man twice and left out the syrup in his tea for the remake with the label right in front of them.
