This Starbucks mad weird. They pick and choose which cups to fill up! How you fill up my “ in a venti cup “ with milk but only do it half way today . Learn how to do y’all’s job and have common sense. Cause I’ve been working with Starbucks for 3 years.
This has too be the worst Starbucks I ever went too
The bathrooms were nasty like the employees attitude. Horrible customer service. No greeting while awaiting to place order. When placing the order I said hello I got a ”what can I get you”. No soap in bathroom and tissue and other trash on the floor. I let one of the staff members know about the bathroom and just got a look and an “ok”. My order was wrong. Keep your coffee.
Been coming here for long time but past ~6 months, Customer service has been tanking. There has to be some level of respect and manner when talking to customers. If you do not want my business, there is place of other options.
