Ordered an ice coffee, got handed a hott coffee at the window - no big deal, just let them know I ordered an iced coffee. However, the woman working the window rolled her eyes at me and acted pretty rude after that so I’m good on Starbucks moving toward and will go local instead. Not going to pay for over priced coffee and be treated like I’m a jerk when my order wasn’t correct. Posting a couple mins after this happened so the manager, if they care, can address their employee’s tone.
Poor service
Music is deafening. There are people here trying to read, but most tables are empty. Too loud in here.
