Left my house 30 minutes early just to grab coffee and still ended up late. Sat in the drive-thru from 10:38 to 11:00 for one drink. The employee at the window had no sense of urgency and was busy talking while the line backed up. By the time I got my coffee, it was cold. Really disappointing experience.
Super friendly staff who get your order correct the first time. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. Easy access with plenty of parking. They also have a drive-through if you choose to stay in your car.
I went through the drive thru this afternoon and it was extremely busy, which I expected and wasn’t an issue. But, I was in a rush to work so I couldn’t stop after I noticed that they did not put extra acai base in my drink when I payed for it and they also gave me a ham and swiss baguette instead of a croissant with no warning. I would’ve been more understanding about the food if they said something to me but since they didn’t I was extremely upset when I saw I didn’t get what I ordered.
