Always best place to spend time without any disturbances. I ordered a coffee and finished it. After some time later I wanted to get one more. While I was ready to pay, proactively the barista offered to refill my coffee without any charges.
This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location. My friend and I went through the drive-thru with our two children. I tried to order an iced matcha with two shots of espresso, but I was interrupted four separate times while placing my order. Throughout the interaction, the employees repeatedly responded with a rude “What?” instead of asking us to repeat ourselves or communicating that they were having difficulty hearing us.
