I was super tired this morning, but still in a decent mood trying to stay my usual positive self, so I placed a mobile order and went in store to pick up. Destiny helped me with my drinks (I had to make a last minute change to one) and she had THE BEST energy! She is so positive, vibrant, and easy to talk to. She really made my morning! She even wrote a special note on my coworkers cup, who was having a rough morning. Definitely will be returning to this location. The customer service is outstanding!
I've been comming here and getting really great coffee and great service from the Drive thru .Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work
This is absolutely the worst Starbucks that ive ever been to. I’m not the type to write reviews however the staff is so incredibly rude. I’m not sure the baristas name but she had awful lipstick I think she could’ve been the shift leader. Gave me my drink 1/4th of the way empty. It was a latte so I asked for more milk and she refused and told me I could leave. No apology for making the drink poorly. Just extremely bad customer service. When it was announced that a new Starbucks would be coming into Morgantown, it caught my attention. After going here multiple times, I'd say that this is a solid restaurant. Nothing wonderfully good or bad to say about the place. The Chai lattes and egg bites are decent, and the staff is polite for the most part.
