People are nice place is clean
Normally okay but I ordered a caramel macchiato here the other day that I payed almost $7 for and it tasted very watery. Contacted corporate customer service and they were unhelpful and told me I couldn’t do anything since I was never offered or given a receipt.
My wife ordered from here for the first time in years. They made her drink wrong. When she arrived home she chatted with them to get our almost $7 coffee refunded as it tasted like water and no coffee. They required a receipt which wasn’t offered and told us we had to drive back to the store for a refund even with the info on the cup. Very poor service for a $7 coffee. No refund was ever offered and my wife had to spend a half hour trying to get a refund and no sympathy was ever shown
I visited this location this morning and had a frustrating experience. When I arrived, the doors were locked even though they were supposed to be open, which made for an awkward start before I even entered the building. Once inside, I requested a French press, and was told they didn’t have one available. I then asked for a pour over instead. The barista, Casey, insisted that I had to purchase a bag of beans to get a pour over, which contradicted my experience at three other Starbucks locations where I’ve received pour overs ... read more
I was super tired this morning, but still in a decent mood trying to stay my usual positive self, so I placed a mobile order and went in store to pick up. Destiny helped me with my drinks (I had to make a last minute change to one) and she had THE BEST energy! She is so positive, vibrant, and easy to talk to. She really made my morning! She even wrote a special note on my coworkers cup, who was having a rough morning. Definitely will be returning to this location. The customer service is outstanding!
