Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch bros across the street, where the staff are actually nice. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever seen at any Starbucks. Consistently rude in the various times I’ve went, but it’s the most convenient location for my commute. Today was the last straw. The baristas are always nice and attentive, I really appreciate their kind service. I know it can be a hard job at times, so I’m never impatient or anything. I order teas pretty exclusively and enjoy sitting in the cafe. It’s always clean, wifi is reliable of course, and it’s a great environment to come and study or work on your laptop. (Not too noisy, music isn’t too loud or disruptive). Love it here.
My favorite Starbucks 💛 They have the best staff and if anyone says otherwise they are not being truthful❗️
