So I have visited this particular Branch a couple of times. They got my order correct once. It's a very simple order. French vanilla cappuccino couple pumps of vanilla. Couple pumps of hazelnut. They can't seem to get it right. At first it was they can't get the size correct that you asked for. Today they gave me the right size. How hard is it to put extra Carmel and Carmel crunch into a drink? This place is absolutely terrible. I don’t even want to drink the 16 dollar drink I just bought because it’s not what I ordered. This isn’t even the first time I have had this issue. You guys can’t follow an order correctly. I will be going to Jacob drive from here on out. I suggest nobody else goes here. Where is my extra Carmel and Carmel crunch?
